Andrea began her career in hospitality and conference management. For the last twelve years, Andrea has held several positions in Town Sports International, first overseeing the Summit and then as a learning manager. After taking a regional programming manager's role in group exercise for two years (also at TSI), Andrea returned to an expanded role as a learning strategist, creating practical and executable learning strategies and curriculum for leadership, sales, ops and fitness education. Additionally, Andrea has served as a contractual curriculum developer for AFAA and as a volunteer presenter for the American Diabetes Association.

She is a seasoned fitness professional and has run successful small group trainings in the past and currently serves as a group exercise instructor, teaching Les Mills Bodypump, Cycling, Piyo and barre conditioning classes at New York Sports Clubs.
